“Vehicle shut down. Engine light came on. Confirmed electric inverter was the code. PIM module needs to be replaced.”

“In April 2024 our vehicle turned off while driving with our children in the car. A warning light came on stating the car would lose power, it did within 30 seconds. Our transmission was replaced. In June 2024, the same thing happened on the interstate putting us in an extremely unsafe and scary situation. Our power inverter module now needs to be replaced and the repair has been ongoing for over a month.”

“We were driving our Chrysler Pacifica hybrid on the highway and it stalled and said put into park and completely turned off. When we pulled over to the side of the road, the car would not start and had to be towed to the dealership. It was very unsafe and not the first time that our car has turned off.”
