What owners wrote
“Began to have transmission issues several years ago, slipping and eventually could not even accelerate at all. Had to have a full replacement done in February 2023. Only driven 13,000 miles since replacement and it is slipping and failing again. No major signals or warnings prior to the slipping beginning again. Have had two different shops inspect and confirm transmission is the issue again.”

“Car slips and jerks when accelerating at any speed as low as 10 mph. Check engine light came on, code is transmission failure. The code came on before routine maintenance was required. The car was not fixed and should have not had this issue happen.”

“The transmission in my car kept slipping. I would press the gas to try and get the car to accelerate but it would not. The RPMâs kept jumping back and forth causing the car to stutter. After letting it sit for a while it stuttered all the way home. After making it back my check engine light came on and the car would no longer move.”

Should you keep driving it?
This page can't tell you that. 0 of 29 reports involved a crash. Owners who file are the ones who had a bad experience, and nobody checks their reports. If the problem affects steering, braking, power or a fire risk, treat it as a safety fault and have it inspected before a long or high-speed drive.
File your own report with NHTSA. Complaint counts are how a problem gets an investigation.
