“Touch screen in Jeep is delaminating. The delaminating has now caused the screen to malfunction. The screen is unusable and continues to cycle on its own through different stations, different calls, the seat controls, the back up camera (which is very disorienting on the highway) and through the apps.”

“8.4" Uconnect LCD display is de-laminating, resulting in loss of system controls, backup camera and erratic behavior. This is distracting and can create a dangerous situation while operating the vehicle.”

“My radio is experiencing delamination and I am able to get my vehicle serviced if needed. The delamination causes my screen to freeze and I am sometimes unable to control my air conditioning/heat and sometimes am unable to use my backup camera. When the screen freezes we have to unhook the battery just so the screen will go off. Most times Iâm unable to do anything on the screen.”
