“I continue getting a message Supplemental Restraint System Problem. See Your Dealer. Also, many times not all my doors lock and I have replaced the battery for key fob numerous times and no luck still while driving I hear a noise as if the doors are locking or unlocking on its own.”

“I had an appointment today (4/18/2025) at Causeway Honda in Manahawkin, NJ to remedy the recall of the 2020 Honda Accord seat weight sensor circuit board. When I got there Amanda from the service department said they cannot fix the issue because Honda will not pay for it. She said that they are only fixing cars that has an SRS indicator illuminated on the display panel.”

“This notification continues to pop up on my screen and when going to the dealer they are stating that my VIN number is not effected but I continue to get this notification. Safety is put to risk when the airbag is turned off while driving in the event of something terrible happening. We are not protected. The Dealer will not inspect this without having to pay out of pocket for a diagnostic.”
