“The Back up camera failed several times. When vehicle is put into reverse the screen would be black and after some time a message indicating failure to connect to camera would appear.”

“Rear view camera shows a black or blue screen on display. This happened the other day in the middle of backing my vehicle and caused a near miss with an person crossing behind vehicle. This is a major safety issue and i see ford has recalled almost every make and model for this same issue but not the flex.”

“Driver side mirror blind spot warning light is on constantly while I'm driving it never shuts off unless I shut the engine down. rear backup camera is not working at all. When I go to back up the car I only see a blue screen.”
