What this problem usually is
Screen complaints read like a list of small betrayals. The display goes black or freezes, the backup camera shows nothing when you shift into reverse, CarPlay or Android Auto keeps dropping, or the radio changes volume on its own. “Reduce power warning, instrument cluster is black, extremely loud pulse noise from radio that can not be turned off , catalytic converter issue ( ck engine light ) stalled in traffic. and horrible fuel mileage. Nothing resolved from the dealer.”

“Again today 12/3/23 the sync 4 screen upon startup froze in a gray screen for minutes then restated rendering the Federally Mandated Tear Camera 100% inoperable. Nothing worked for minutes a safety hazard not being able to see and move”

“B&O sound system loud scary pops and static, Sync 4 screen goes blank while driving, also blank sometimes for minutes at startup, I have had it come on, watch the 360 camera begin to backup and look in the mirror the camera lags not showing the car behind me. Constant messages of steering failure, catalytic converter failure drivetrain failure dealer says nothing wrong.”
