What this problem usually is

It does this while driving and is a serious safety issue.we complained to the dealer about a year ago and they told us they checked and it was fine. Now it is worse.”

“I was merging on to the interstate and lost all throttle. Gear dropped to first. I had to hurry and pull off of the interstate to avoid having a wreck. I have also had issues with the car clunking into gear when putting car in drive. Car will also slip gears from 2-4 and 7-8th while driving”
