What this problem usually is
Screen complaints read like a list of small betrayals. The display goes black or freezes, the backup camera shows nothing when you shift into reverse, CarPlay or Android Auto keeps dropping, or the radio changes volume on its own. “Front Camera sometimes malfunctions and will not display, only black screen. A recall or customer satisfactory program has been issued for rear camera, but not for front Camera. This issue could be dangerous when pulling forward from a parking spot as view is partially obstructed by large hood. The Ford dealership quoted a replacement but failed to fix or replace under warranty.”

“I pulled up to a parking spot and when I tried to brake to place my car into park my brakes would not engage and my vehicle kept moving forward. I had to slam my car into park to prevent from slamming into a barrier. My rear camera goes in and out of a blank screen when âbacking upâ or reversing.”
