The transmission to transfer case joint may be misaligned due to an incorrectly performed previous repair, which could lead to wear of the transmission output shaft splines and transfer case input splines.
The engine block heater may crack and develop a coolant leak, causing it to short circuit when the block heater is plugged in.
The low-pressure fuel pump may fail, which can result in an engine stall while driving.
The engine intake valves may break while driving, which can result in engine failure and a loss of drive power.
The transmission may contain a loose bolt which could prevent the transmission from engaging the park gear, although the gear shifter position may indicate that the vehicle has been shifted to "PARK."

“Nothing has happened yet, but I dont want to wreck or die waiting for them to create a fix. It has been a year since they issued the recall & they have built year after year of new ones, so either they are continuing to build Broncos with crappy fuel pumps,nor they have better ones that they aren't giving to us that have had the Bronco for years already.”

“Ford has not come up with a solution in over a year for a faulty fuel pump. Jul 08,2025 Manufacturer Recall Number25S75 NHTSA Recall Number25V455 Recall Status: Recall Incomplete, remedy not yet available. I have not had mine fail or cause an incident yet, but it says to file a complaint if the manufacturer fails to provide a solution in a timely manner.”
