“Driving on the highway, suddenly the message 'Stop Safely - Vehicle Will Shut Off Soon' showed on the dash, including a check engine light and a red turtle icon. After pulling over on the freeway and waiting 10 minutes, I was able to start back up and keep driving. The CEL light stayed on but not the 'stop safely' message.”

“Loss of power while driving at high speed, almost caused crash. The dealership technician inspected and updated PIM software and claimed that it won't happen again. However, the van shut down again while driving on a highway on the 2nd day after the "PIM software update". The car is currently with dealership with no information shared regarding what is causing engine shut down.”

“The air conditioner stopped working and a warning message was displayed on the dash stating service hybrid system, immediately after the Vehicle shut off while driving above 70MPH. Fits symptoms of 03A recall. Vehicle at dealership for service. 80 miles driven by Customer total since purchase”
